The resources in the section provide general information on special education and access as well as provide information on how the Access Center is applying the concept of access to the general education curriculum.

Examines the multidimensional and dynamic framework the Access Center developed through an extensive literature review and discussions with educators from the special education community.

Special Education and Access Terminology
Provides a quick reference of definitions and examples of terms frequently used when talking about students with disabilities, special education, and access. Helpful websites with additional information are also included.
