Our Customized Assistance

Our technical assistance strategies can help build capacity in your state or district. We provide:

  1. 1. Direct Assistance Our diverse, experienced staff and our rich bank of consultants allow us to provide you with expertise to meet your needs.
  2. 2. Information-Sharing Communities In collaboration with the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) we help states and districts share experiences, identify successes and challenges, find topical resources, and problem solve to improve access to the general curriculum for students with disabilities.
  3. Web-based Services Our website provides two types of resources for users:
  • We have a wide range of resources to assist you in addressing issues related to enhancing access to the general education curriculum. These materials and resources include FAQs, information briefs, training modules and professional development tools.
  • We offer free, interactive opportunities that connect you with colleagues and experts in order to learn more about improving access to the general education curriculum. We host webinars that are facilitated by experts in the field and threaded discussions for colleagues to share information and ideas.
