Dr. Tracey Hall
Tracey
Hall joined CAST in June 2001 as a Senior Research Scientist/Instructional
Designer. Her areas of specialization include alternative assessment
and instructional design grounded in effective teaching practices. Most
recently, Dr. Hall was an assistant professor at Pennsylvania State
University in the Department of Educational and School Psychology and
Special Education. There she taught curriculum coursework and instructional
design at the graduate and undergraduate levels in addition to conducting
research in special education.
Dr. Hall earned her Ph.D. in Special Education at the University of Oregon. She has been a special education teacher and administrator in public schools in Oregon. Additionally, Dr. Hall has provided consultation and conducted research at the national and international levels.
